We realise that in small- to medium-sized companies, managers wear many hats, from mentor, to analyst, to logistics and procurement, and much more.  HR tends to be more of a “have-to-have” than a “want-to-have” as production, operations, and generally meeting the needs of your clients are more pressing.  It’s not to say that your employees are being neglected, but due to the many functions your managers are performing, the less “heated” tasks of employment contracts and leave administration leaves a lot to be desired, and that when HR tasks are performed, it consists mostly of putting out fires and seeing to the one crying the most than actual structured strategizing and planning of your workforce to match the goals of your business.

We therefore aim to offer specialised HR services to meet your company’s needs, and not to force you into a service that makes you nervous or wondering whether it will still be benefitting your company 6 months from now.
